Interested in becoming a vendor at Pinoy Piyesta?
We welcome food vendors, merchandise vendors, community organizations, and informational exhibitors to participate in this celebration of Filipino culture, creativity, and community.
All vendors must complete the Vendor Application below and meet applicable City of Camden requirements.
To participate in Pinoy Piyesta, vendors must comply with the City of Camden’s special event requirements.
Required Items:
Completed Special Event Application
$25 Money Order (Application Fee)
Certificate of Insurance (COI) including:
Minimum $1,000,000 General Liability Coverage
Naming City of Camden as Certificate Holder / Additional Insured

Deadline:
Applications must be submitted at least 15 business days prior to the event (Submit as early as possible)

If you are already an approved vendor and have completed certain requirements, you may disregard duplicate items and provide proof where applicable
